While trying to figure out some techinal details about WOBC via google, I came across T. Buckingham Thomas'
website. He was once upon a time the station director and has some nostalgic things to say. His stories span 30 years of WOBC history.

WOBC 91.5 FM got chosen to be featured on XMU Satellite radio (channel 43) on June 17th (Sunday, the 3rd sunday of the month)!
We will choose 20 songs that best represent the WOBC sound as well as add vocal tracks on which we discuss how AWESOME we are!
XMU has given us a link so that people can have a free 14 day trial and listen to the feature. Here's How:
"We have set up a 14-day Free Pass to listen to XMU online, so you can
pass it around to your fans. Simply go to http://xmro.xmradio.com and
use the following code: XMB4MD The free account is for 14 days, so if
your fans and co-workers sign up on or after June 5th, they will be able
to listen to the show on XMU."
PLEASE LISTEN! and if you have any ideas/suggestions for songs please let me know (wobc@oberlin.edu) before June 11th.
